PARK PERMIT LOTTERY INFORMATION
Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 9 a.m.

Park permits for Somonauk, Central and Logan pavilions for 2014 dates will be issued beginning Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Village Hall.

Lottery Permit Procedure:
At 9 a.m. the interested park user will be invited to place their name in the permit lottery. Permits will then be issued in the order names are picked (one picnic date per person—no phone orders). Please have an alternate picnic date in mind in case your first choice has already been taken. 

Pavilions may be rented during the hours of 8 a.m.– 9 p.m.

To complete the permit we will need:
Date of your picnic.
Start and ending time (including your set-up and clean-up time).
Number of people attending.
Name, date of birth, address and phone number of responsible party (must be an adult). 
A copy of permit holder’s driver’s license or state identification card.
A Temporary Liquor Permit (additional fee) if liquor is going to be brought onto the park premises.

Following the lottery, permits will be taken on a first come basis. Full payment must accompany the reservation. (Method of payment - cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.)

2014 Fee Schedule for Central & Somonauk Park Pavilion (6-hour period*) 
Groups of 99 or less.....................$ 85
Groups of 100-199........................$125
Groups of 200 or more..................$200 (additional fees may apply)

2014 Fee Schedule for Logan Park Pavilion (For groups 40 or less) - 6-hour period*
Groups of 40 or less……………..$ 60
*$5 for each additional hour over six (per pavilion).

Park permits do not include reserved time on ballfields or tennis courts.

Park Permits are for rain or shine.

Permit cancellations must be made two weeks prior to permit date to be considered for a refund.

BALLFIELD PERMITS: Central Park ballfields A & B can be rented for $15 an hour with lights or $10 an hour with no lights. All other ballfields (no lights) Central Park Fields C & D, Somonauk, Illinois, Indiana, Onarga, etc. are $10 an hour. Fields can be reserved no earlier than two weeks before the desired date. Contact Kevin Adams at 708-748-2005 for rental inquires for Withers Field for soccer or football.

PICNIC KIT: For a $15 fee you can reserve a picnic kit (includes softball, bat, bases, bean bags, volleyball and net).

SUPER COOKER: Rent our super cooker when cooking for a crowd at one of our pavilions. Fee is $60 (includes delivery). Please note: Super cooker cannot be delivered outside of Park Forest. No self pick-up.
