Nine months into the development of Cook County’s first Long Range Transportation Plan in 70 years, the County is hosting several open houses seeking resident and business input on transportation priorities and potential long-range scenarios. Cook County wants to produce a plan that links transportation to jobs and economic development, supports more livable and sustainable communities and addresses infrastructure needs 25 years into the future.
There will no formal presentation. Please join us to weigh in and tell us what transportation choice means to YOU. Your feedback is critical as it will help shape the development of the Connecting Cook County plan, helping refine the County’s transportation priorities.
Cook County residents, business owners, community leaders, systemusers, and other interested stakeholders are encouraged to stop in anytime during the Open Houses to review plans and provide input on the plan underway.
