The Village of Park Forest offers free mulch and Exceptional Quality Compost (through a Metropolitan Water Reclamation District program) to its residents. You can pick it up for free or, for a delivery fee, the Village will deliver the mulch and compost to an address within Park Forest.
Pick-up: If you would like to pick-up mulch or compost please visit the Recreation and Parks Municipal Garage located at 75 Park St, Park Forest, IL 60466. The facility is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Delivery: If you would like to arrange for delivery please visit the Recreation and Parks desk at the Village Hall or call (708) 748-2005. The delivery fee can be paid with cash or credit card.
