Walk 15 Live Southland
WALK 15 LIVE® Southland is the group version of Leslie Sansone’s Walk at Home program. If you haven’t done it before, get ready for the BIG BURN in CALORIES and a great CARDIO workout. You walk at a good pace and couple that with aerobics and lively music...JUST FUN and EFFECTIVE, completing the 2 mile/30 minute workout with “consistency” will increase your mobility, assist in weight loss/body toning, energize you and so much more. Stephanie Effort instructs the class.
