The Park Forest Beautification Awards Committee is seeking property nominations for the 2020 Beautification Awards. The Committee needs your help to make this season a great success! Nominate Park Forest properties, including your own, that are examples of good maintenance and visual appeal. Please keep in mind, a great property does not mean a great amount of money must have been spent. We are looking for nicely kept properties that make you proud of your neighborhood! You can nominate up to 6 properties per form. If you are nominating more than 6 properties, please complete a new form.
Please note: Properties will have to be nominated to be considered for a Beautification Award.
