Warrior Circuit - New Program!
Attend a FREE Class on Monday, February 25th
The Warrior Circuit is for individuals who want to get off their couches to lose those pouches. The active older adult warriors, moms and dad warriors, corporate employee warriors, weekend warriors, beginning warriors and intermediate warriors. This Circuit training style workout consists of cardio choreographed/non-choreographed, strength, core, mobility training, combination class of cardio and strength that challenges the mind and body. The goal is to help members lose weight and keep the weight off. Daryl Wallace instructs the class. Please consult a physician before starting an exercise program. Registration deadline one week before class start date.
