The Park Forest Aqua Center's Early Bird Sale continues through June 7.
Residents and nonresidents alike can purchase discounted season passes online or in person at the Department of Recreation, Parks & Community Health at Village Hall, 350 Victory Drive.
Director Kevin Adams said the Park Forest Aqua Center is returning for its 68th season with new offerings for the community.
"Each year, we try to roll out new activities at the Aqua Center," Adams said. "We'll have three Wibit Wednesday events, hosting two Membership Appreciation Days, a Movie Trivia Day, and a fan favorite Christmas in July."
Adams said Park Foresters can get their season passes for $100. He noted that nonresidents can join the fun and get a pass for $135. Families passes start at $165 for residents and $200 for people outside the Village.
"There are a lot of amenities at the Aqua Center," Adams said. We have certified lifeguards on duty and a concession stand that sells a variety of foods, from hotdogs to nachos."
The Aqua Center also plans to recognize active duty and retired service members and their families. On Independence Day, admission will be reduced to $2 for qualifying patrons.
