Take Charge of Your
Diabetes - Class Zero Introductory Session - 1 hour
This introductory session will discuss the Take Charge of Your Diabetes 6-week Workshop. Help regain control of your life and do the things that matter to you. Manage your diabetes in order to feel better, have more energy and get relief from pain, fatigue and other symptoms. Connect you with others. You will meet new people, share what you know and come up with new ways to address your health conditions.

Take Charge of Your Diabetes Workshop - 6 weeks
A six-week interactive workshop designed to help individuals living with pre-diabetes or diabetes learn new skills in self-management so they can continue to thrive as they age! Anyone with pre-diabetes or diabetes can attend. Sessions meet one day a week for 2 ½ hours* in a community setting. The 2 ½ hour sessions are divided into small activities and include a 20-minute break.
