Better Health Workshop

This workshop will be coached by Yvette Jones-Swanson guiding participants on a 100-day journey to better health. 


Participants are required to purchase the journal for $25 at the workshop, 2 - 3 p.m. will be journey introduction and 3 - 4 p.m. will be active demonstration (wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat). 


Light refreshments will be served and free gifts to all attendees.
