The SRF program is administered by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and receives a portion of its money to fund these types of projects from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. This project includes the replacement of water main and resurfacing of approximately 2.7 miles of streets as follows: Antietam, Arrowhead, Apache, Washington (Wilshire to Westgate), Washington Court, Windsor, Lester (Sauk to Indianwood), Apple, Nassau, Monee (Blackhawk to Orchard), and Monee Court.
