IBANG Cardio Fitness Drumming
Come and rock out your workout with cardio drumming fitness. Join this lively exercise class that utilizes dance moves and cardio intervals with the fun of drumming. This workout is a 45 minute series. You can burn between 600-900 calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt muscles and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer you all while rocking out to great music. This class is great for all ages and levels.
Multiple class discount: register for 2 classes a week for $40 or 3 classes a week for $60. To receive the discount you must register in person or over the phone with a credit card.
Drop-in fee available for $10 per class - payable to the instructor (cash only). Drop-in students must have their own equipment (65 cm exercise ball, bucket and drumsticks). No class August 23, 2019, August 24, 2019, November 22, 2019 and November 23, 2019.

PiYO, a mixture of Pilates and Yoga, gives you hard-core definition, intense calorie burn, and all over strength, without weights, without jumps and without destroying the body. Deaneen Merritt instructs the class. Registration deadline: One week prior to the class. No class November 27, 2019.

Free Introductory PiYO Class - Wednesday, October 2, 2019 6:30 pm -7:30 pm at Freedom Hall.
