Those hours will be Monday-Friday mornings from 7:30 am-11:00 am and Monday-Thursday from 5 pm-9 pm. All tennis court reservations will be taken by phone only and will need to be reserved 24 hours in advance to assure court time. We will be limiting tennis to only 4 courts with 1 court separation. Workout times will be limited to 2 people with social distancing being observed. *Face masks will be required to enter the facility. *No shower or locker facilities will be available. *Please bring your own towel to use. No towels will be provided. *Please bring water with you. No drinking fountains will be available for use. No loitering before or after will be allowed. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your reservation and please leave promptly so we can bring in the next reservation safely. iBang Cardio Fitness Drumming
Come and rock out your workout with cardio drumming fitness. Join this lively exercise class that utilizes dance moves and cardio intervals with the fun of drumming.

This workout is a 45-minute series. You can burn between 600-900 calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt muscles and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer you all while rocking out to great music. This class is great for  all ages and levels. THIS IS A NO CONTACT PROGRAM.

Drop-in fee available for $10 per class - payable to the instructor (cash only). Drop-in students must have their own equipment (65 cm exercise ball, bucket and drumsticks).

Yoga and Mindfulness Training
This course will explore how mindfulness and various contemplative techniques such as yoga can enhance the
fundamental and ethical challenges of contemporary life: reduce stress, anxiety, increase awareness.

The course will also investigate the neurological characteristics of stress: how it is developed, and progress to
disease.

Class sessions will involve practice in mindfulness meditation, Hatha Yoga, mental imagery, body awareness
scanning, self-talk, walking meditation, and deep breathing techniques. Participants will maintain and reflect on a daily mindfulness meditation practice for the duration of the course. THIS IS A NO CONTACT PROGRAM.
