Daily Passes
Daily passes before 5 p.m. are available for $12. Evening passes after 5 p.m. are available for $6. Please note: every non-member entering the Park Forest Aqua Center is required to pay a fee -- including those who do not plan to use the pool.

Membership for one to the Park Forest Aqua Center is $65. But when you register as
part of a group, you reduce your cost as well as the cost of others. Check out our
group membership tiered pricing!
Please note: limit five per group. One form of payment only. Members being added
to a group need not be present at the time of registration. No additional members may
be added after registration. Membership is non-transferable to others.

2013 GROUP SWIM LESSONS
•Beginning June 8th, registrations for classes will only be taken at the Aqua Center.
•Classes fill quickly! Early registration is recommended.
•Choose weekday or weekend lessons and level. All classes will close 10 days prior
to start of the session. This guarantees proper instructor to student ratio.
•Student will be tested the first day of class to confirm proper placement.

SWIM LESSON POLICY
Swimming lessons are not made up, nor refunded due to missed lessons for absence. In the event of inclement weather, an indoor water safety lesson will be provided. All classes will close 10 days prior to the start of the session. We reserve the right to cancel or combine classes due to low attendance. Parents are asked to remain on the concession deck during lessons.
PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
Contact the Aqua Center after June 8 to schedule a private swim lesson with your very own instructor! We offer private and semi-private swim lessons! Private swim lessons are for three hours of instruction. Some popular ways to break down three hours are 3 one hour lessons, 4 forty-five minute lessons, and 6 thirty minute lessons. Cash only payment should be made directly to your instructor the first day of the lesson. Below are the prices of student(s) to instructor.
1 student: 1 instructor $75
2 students: 1 instructor $125
3 students: 1 instructor $150
LIFEGUARD COURSE
This class is geared towards those interested in starting to guard right away this summer (employment is not guaranteed).

Time: 4-9 pm
Test Out: Thurs., May 30 from 4-7 pm

JR. LIFEGUARD COURSE
Develop life-saving skills, learn about team work and develop
leadership used by professional lifeguards.

FAMILY FUN NIGHTS

Family Fun Nights are for members only. The Aqua Center will close to the public at 4:45 pm on these nights. Pizza and pop will be available at discounted prices.
JOHNATHAN B. FIELDS DAY
The Aqua Center will be holding a Johnathan B. Fields Celebration Day on Sunday, July 28th from
10 am-12 pm. The pool is open to everyone for a $1 donation. Johnathan B. Fields Foundation’s mission is to support at-risk children and adolescents through the funding of extracurricular music education programs in stringed instruments.
FACILITY RENTAL
Looking to have a FUN Summer Party at the Park Forest Aqua Center? We have several options to choose from:
PRIVATE PARTIES
Download the 2013 Facility Rental Application for private parties at the Park Forest Aqua Center.
The facility can be rented on Friday (8:30 pm-10:30pm), Saturday (7:30 pm-10:30pm), or Sunday (7:30 pm-10:30 pm). Completed rental applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the Recreation & Parks Department before June 8th. After June 8th, please contact the Park Forest Aqua Center at (708)747-9490 for more information on having your special event here! PFAC Members receive discounted pricing on facility rental to host your own special summer event!

DAY PARTIES
Day Parties are available Monday-Friday from 2-7 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 1-6 pm.
A $50 non-refundable deposit (subtracted from the party package total) is required.
Package 1 – $135 - Max. 15 people
1 FREE daily pass for future use.
Package 2 – $210 - Max 25 people
3 FREE daily passes for future use.
Deluxe Package (Saturdays & Sundays only) – $335 - Max 40 people
4 FREE daily passes for future use.
