J2BE Double Dutch - NEW!
Jumping 2B Empowered (J2BE) is an exciting single and double-dutch jump rope empowerment coaching program for children, youth, parents, and families.  J2BE has a unique class structure, focusing on the individuals mind, body, and soul.  We enable families to acquire the sixty to seventy minutes of physical activity needed in a fun interactive way while rebuilding teams of family unity in the home, schools and community.  We are pleased to have incorporated empowerment coaching skills on various drills from childhood, social emotional learning, heart health, decreasing obesity, and character building skills! Parent participation is encouraged!! Additional program fees may apply. No class July 4. Latrice Foules instructs the class.

Bitty Ball Summer Skills Academy
There is no off season in basketball. Come learn what it takes to be an elite player by working out with coaches and invited guests. Participate in drills and lessons according to your skill level. It all starts with a positive attitude and desire to develop your game. Are you ready for the challenge? Participants should wear athletic shorts and athletic shoes.  Participants receive a t-shirt.

Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a Korean style method of unarmed self defense and sport. The Word Tae means leg (foot), Kwon means hand (or fist) and Do stands for the way of mental discipline to repel aggression. It is also an Olympic Sport. Taekwondo does not mean fighting, but it symbolizes the cultivation of a well-rounded character in it's practitioners, through self-respect, indomitable spirit of discipline, coordination and control. Program is led by World Champion, Master Ben Effiok.
Uniform is required at an additional fee of $55 due first day of class to the instructor (one-time fee).

The SESSL is led by Coach Ben Oparanozie, a US Soccer Class B Coach who has played and coached professionally in India and Nigeria. The 6-week training program meets twice a weeks and features ball skills, advanced passing, amazing defense and small-sided games (depending on rosters). Let the SESSL grow your soccer game to the next level! Includes shirt. Please note: Tournaments/Match Play may be offered at an additional cost. Bernard Oparanozie instructs the class.

*Junior Tennis Lessons
An introduction to the game. Participants are taught the basic grips in which they can learn correct forehand, backhand, and volley strokes. Participants will become comfortable with a racquet to the point where their basic strokes can be advanced to the next level. Please bring your own tennis racquet. In case of rain we will meet inside at the Park Forest Tennis & Health Club.

2017 Park Forest Men’s Softball Leagues
Park Forest will continue to offer 2 different softball leagues this season. Our Monday Men’s Recreational League is for teams who are just looking to have some fun and enjoy the game, while our Thursday Men’s Premier League is for those  competitive teams looking to play against the best.

Team sign ups only. Registration deadline is Monday, April 24th.

Season length depends on total number of teams registered. Team rosters must be submitted at the time of registration with signed waivers by all members. No games May 29th. 

Payment Plan available: Half due at registrations with balance due by April 24th.  An additional $10 payment plan processing fee is due at registrations.

We are proud to present...Bitty Cheer! This Cheer Program is designed for our baby dancers and cheerleaders. Participants in this program will focus on the fundamentals of cheer and the importance of rhythm and will cheer at Bitty Ball league games during the season on Sundays.  All participants will receive uniform and year end awards. Practice location may vary. Program is led by Shaunita Jones. No class December 20 and December 27.

PF Excite! Cheer-PFYBL
Go Park Forest! Go Fight Win! The PF Excite! Cheer Program is designed for our young dancers and cheerleaders. Participants in this program will combine cheers, jumps, dances and stunts and will cheer at PFYBL basketball league games during the season on Saturdays. Competition may also be held. All participants will receive uniform and year end awards. Practice location may vary. Program is led by Shaunita Jones and staff. No class December 20 and December 27.
*Payment plan available: $45 due at registration with the balance of $45 due by January 2, 2017. An additional $10 payment plan fee is due at registration.

Just Ballin Bitty Ball Pre-Season Camp
Great basketball players are made in the off-season. Get a jump start on the upcoming winter league and join us for a pre-season camp. Youth will learn the fundamentals of basketball in a fun, learning environment and participate in scrimmages allowing parents to see their child's progress and encourage them along the way. Coaches will emphasize skill development while promoting healthy competition. Program is led by Jimmie Bowen.

Just Ballin Bitty Ball Winter League
Looking for a fun yet competitive option for your Bitty Baller? Be on the lookout for the new Park Forest Bitty Ball League presented by Just Ballin!

League will begin play in January with practices throughout the week and games on Sundays. More details to come in October!

Park Forest Youth Basketball League
The PFYBL is a recreational league for boys and girls in grade 3rd-8th. In addition to emphasizing the fundamentals of the sport (passing, shooting, ball-handling and defense) participants will learn the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship.

Youth will be assigned to a team that will play in competitive games with standings being updated weekly. Most games are played on Saturday mornings/afternoon. Other participating communities may be included. All participants will receive a uniform, with awards being distributed at seasons end. Practices and game locations may vary. Spectator fee may apply. No refunds will be given under any circumstance. Please ensure accuracy in the child's uniform size when registering, as replacement uniforms will not be issued. No class December 19, December 20, December 21, December 26, December 27 and December 28.  Registration deadline: December 1.

Mandatory League Draft and Parents Meeting will take place Saturday, December 2 at Rich East High School starting at 1 pm.
Payment Plan Available: $45 per child is due at registration with the remaining balance paid in full by January 2, 2018. A $10 payment plan processing fee is due at registration.

*Practice will be either 6-7:15 pm or 7:30-8:45 pm once assigned to a team.
