Homewood/Star Disposal
Purchased the property at 30 South Street, in the Park Forest Business Park, from the Village of Park Forest.   They completed an expansion and renovation in January 2011.  They converted many of their fleet vehicles to compressed natural gas and added compressed gas pumps at the transfer station site.

Consolidated Collision
When Gerber Collision announced they were ending their lease, the owner of the building organized his own business and reinvested in the property with significant sustainable improvements.  He was able to obtain school district tax abatements to off-set his financial investment.

B-Revealed Hair Studio, Inc.
New to Suite B at 27 North Street, a 6,400-square-foot strip center anchored by Superior Cabinet and Windows.

Western Avenue
Western Avenue is one of the longest streets in the greater Chicagoland area.  Soon, Western Avenue could lead to the newest Chicago Airport.  Two successful business owners who operated their businesses from rented locations, purchased existing buildings on Western Avenue in Park Forest and outfitted the building to meet their needs.

Stop N Shop II
The existing business owner sought development incentive assistance from the Village of Park Forest to move from a rented store front to the position of owning real estate.  In 2011, the former Taco Bell on Western Avenue was thoughtfully renovated and is once again home to a sales tax generating business.

State Farm Insurance, Bree Breedlove
With Village staff assistance, an existing business-owner who had been renting, identified a building, purchased it, and extensively remodeled it.  The former Popeye’s Chicken Restaurant is now an insurance office with an innovative drive-up window.

Orchard Park Plaza
Sitting off the newly resurfaced Orchard Drive, with nearly 10,000 ADT and enjoying nearly 2,000 customers a day is Orchard Park Plaza, is a nearly 129,000-square-foot shopping center with several out-lots.
